FACCO GIOIELLI wishes to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Pursuant to article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without specifying the reason, within and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products; or from the day on which the Customer himself acquires physical possession of the goods purchased.

CUSTOM JEWELRY

Customized products are not subject to return or refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The shipment of the goods to be returned must take place no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The right of withdrawal is lost if the Customer does not return the goods within 14 days from the delivery date.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal if he respects these conditions:

• The returned products must be in perfect condition, there must be no signs of wear, nicks, even minor scratches, variations in size and length or interventions of any other nature.

• The products must be returned in their intact original packaging. The returned package must contain together with the product: box and product guarantee.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

• Send an e-mail to ordini@faccocorp.it in which you communicate the product to be returned and the reason for your return

• Insert the item or items to be returned inside its original box and pack the package properly. We suggest that you use the package in which you originally received your order and seal it. It is the customer's responsibility to pack the items appropriately so that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

• You will receive an e-mail informing you where to send your return.

• The return shipment is charged to the customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

We will verify that the returned product fully satisfies the conditions of the "Right of withdrawal" and, in case of compliance, we will proceed with the refund due. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the returned item, net of any discounts or discount codes, minus the return costs.

The refund methods depend on the payment method chosen when placing the order:
- PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL: the transfer is made directly through PayPal.
- PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: the refund is credited only to the credit card used for the purchase.

The refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the return and the quality control on the returned products. This timing could vary according to the reference banking operator.

WARRANTY OF ITEMS

All our items have a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date of the order.
