What material are Facco Gioielli jewels made of?
Facco Gioielli is the only brand with only real gold jewels, made in 9kt (375‰) and 18kt (750‰).

All FACCO GIOIELLI jewels are designed and manufactured by FACCO CORPORATION, whose production starts from pure gold and reaches the finished jewel, ready to be purchased by the end customer: the ideal jewel for a gift or a self-gift.

Are Facco Gioielli jewels covered by a guarantee?
Each Facco Gioielli jewel is accompanied by a 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defects.

Any alterations to the product due to wear or improper use of the jewel are not covered by the guarantee. 

Can Facco Gioielli rings be tightened or enlarged?
We are sorry but it is not possible to tighten or enlarge FACCO GIOIELLI jewels.
We therefore invite you to proceed with the return method indicated on the " Returns and Refunds " page or to contact our Customer Service who will guide you in the eventual size change process. 

Who can I contact for assistance?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been confirmed and the customer receives the confirmation email, the order is processed automatically, therefore it cannot be canceled or changed. The package can subsequently be returned in the manner indicated in our Return Policy.

Why can't I complete my order?
Check that you have provided all the information relating to the payment method chosen. If you have chosen to pay with your credit card, we advise you to contact your bank and, if the problem persists, check that you have followed all the instructions that the bank has given you.

When will my order be shipped?
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped in 1/2 working days; custom orders ship in 5 business days. 
Rings are also considered custom orders, as each size is made according to the customer's choice.
