Jewellery Care

Always store your jewel in its Facco box, separately from other jewellery, to protect it from knocks, scratches and rubbing.

Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently remove fingerprints and residue and preserve the shine of the gold. Do not use abrasive products.

Apply perfume, creams and cosmetics before putting on your jewel. Alcohol and certain cosmetic ingredients may dull surfaces or affect decorative materials.

Avoid wearing jewellery in the shower, at the seaside or in the swimming pool. Chlorine, salt water and prolonged moisture may affect its shine. Remove it during housework and when using bleach or detergents.

Natural Macaya pearls, synthetic mother-of-pearl, synthetic malachite and synthetic lapis lazuli require particular care. Avoid soaking, alcohol, perfume, harsh detergents, ultrasonic cleaning and sudden temperature changes. After use, wipe only with a soft, dry cloth.

Protect the cords from water, cosmetics and intense rubbing. If they become accidentally wet, allow them to dry naturally and completely before storing them.
